Terms

We sell animals in Spain and elsewhere in Europe (in this case deliver the animals at the Hamm reptile show). We usually attend these reptile shows in Spain: TerraSur (Antequera, Málaga) and Expoterraria (Madrid).

GUARANTEES

All animals offered are healthy, well fed and properly sexed, unless there is a mutual agreement. We guarantee that our animals are in better health before being sent to its destination. Sick animals are not put on sale and quarantine terrariums pass until their status is optimal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us immediately upon receipt of your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money as long as the animal is send prepaid. After 72 hours of receiving the package no refunds. We are not responsible for incidents caused during transport.

PAYMENTS

All orders must be paid before shipping. Payment can be made by bank transfer, paypal or cashif the animal is picked in person. Shipping charges will be included in the payment unless otherwise agreed.

RESERVATIONS

We accept reservations, so you will have to deliver 25% of the total amount of animals, in order to reserve them for as long as a month. If you cancel the purchase will not be refunded the value of the booking.

SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of Spain. although we can meet in some reptile shows like Expoterraria (Spain), TerraSur (Spain) or Terraristika Hamm (Germany).
